Small Salt Spring Island apple orchard that sells a good variety of organic bare root whips, which they do ship, though there does not seem to be anything about that on the website. Website says they have 200 varieties, which seem to be sold at the local farmer's market and apple festival.

Corn Hill Nursery
Located in King's County, New Brunswick, offers a complete range of hardy fruits, ornamental shrubs and trees, vines and perennials, grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. They offer online ordering, but do not mail shrubs over 50 cm in size and do not mail potted plants.

Red Rock Orchards
The owner of this nursery and orchard in Innisfil, Ontario, established in May, 2018, has written to say that they are supplying cider specific apple trees on B.9 rootstock. The first group of one-year whips of 23 varieties of cider trees will be available for shipping in the spring of 2020.

Nursery north of Kitchener/Waterloo Ontario near the small town of Elmira. Their website says they avoid modern technology, but they do offer online ordering. Recommended as good to deal with, with a caveat that they overrate the zone of their plants.

URL is for Dominion Seed House. Seems to do only online ordering, as there is no location info on the site, but the area code is around Granby, PQ. Founded in 1928, they offer annual, biennial, perennial and wild flower seed varieties; vegetable, bulbs, roots, greenhouse and urban gardening seeds; not forgetting herbs, sprouts and shoots and a variety of garden accessories and indoor sowings.
