Update Nov 15 2019: "We have been so focused on our Friday Evening Talk & Tasting - The Mystique of Mushrooms, (at last check on Wednesday late afternoon there were about 10 tickets at Farm Gate) that we have not been promoting the other activities at the Maynely Mushroom Extravaganza! Mushroom Habitat Walk: Saturday Morning 10 am to 11:30 am - Meet at the Kim Road Entrance to Mount Parke. Our experts will lead a walk pointing out various varieties of mushrooms in their natural habitat and will help identify where the elusive, most coveted varieties might be found in season. A perfect primer for the novice mycologist. Please note - no mushroom harvesting allowed - dress appropriately for the conditions. Lets hope for light precipitation like the forecast shows."
