Well mine seems to have but as it's only just left the poly tunnel I can't say for sure that it'll be the same next year. Summer colour looks to be light green with orange/red new growth on top, hence the volcano name I assume, Edit Actually I think the initial spring leaf out is also orange/red, I missed that though for this year

Yes agreed, it does have the ivy appearance. It's a new one for me this year, so I will see how it goes. So far so good tbh.
I got it from Hippopotering maples. So you might be able to add it to your collection? It does seem a very fast grower. A bit like ivy ...lol
Mine are the plain species and are still very green so far : they seem to stand hot and dry weather quite well, contrary to other species like palm/oenum or shirasawanum.
