Burro's Tail and Panda Plant in Vancouver

Have people had luck growing Burro's Tail (Sedum Morganianum) and/or Panda Plant (Kalanchoe Tomentosa) indoors or on their balcony in Vancouver? Where in the city were you able to get them?

 

In case you're still looking for these plants, Hunters Garden Centre on West Broadway has one Kalanchoe tomentosa 'Chocolate Soldier' and Interior Flori (down the street) has one Burro's Tail in their window display.
