I recently bought a bunch of cold hardy (for Vancouver) ferns from a gentleman here in the city but I'm having a hard time identifying one of them. Someone else suggested it was a tatting fern (Athyrium filix-femina 'Frizelliae') but that proved wrong.

Thanks for posting the tatting fern photo. I saw one on a garden tour today, and no-one knew what it was. I didn't either at the time but knew I'd seen it not that long ago, and now I've managed to find your photo.
