HI everyone, on a recent trip I was served Chayote for the first time....it is delicious! Crisp, juicy and sweet with a mild green pepperish kind of taste. Just lovely. Back home now in Vancouver I see it is sold at Superstore, and would like to grow some in my garden. Has anyone started and grown out Chayote here in Vancouver? Any tips or tricks to share?
