I found this fern in the back of a small old quarry, north aspect of a foothill of the Selkirk range in far northern Idaho. It is in extremely poor gravelly soil (from what I can tell), Cryptogramma acrostichoides and Heuchera grow nearby in other cracks. Only specimen seen. What is it?

Looks like a juvenile Dryopteris fern to me; not sure which species occur in that region.
