My guesses are: 1) Rattlesnake Plantain, 2) Deer Fern, 3) no idea (referring to the dainty white flowered plant) 4) no idea, and 5) Bunchberry. Photos taken in October at Golden Ears Park in BC.
I agree with your ID of # 1, 2 and 5. # 3 could be Tiarella trifoliata L. var. trifoliata (three-leaved foamflower) and #4 a violet, perhaps Viola sempervirens (Trailing yellow violet, Evergreen violet).
