Identification: Help identifying cultivar

    Oh, I understand now.

    This is the kind of tool I used to use for big cuts (I have similar ones, but much smaller) :

    But now I mainly use this one, with straight "jaws" :

    These tools are quite expensive (something like 80 € for good quality), so if you don't plan to use them every day, a good secateur will do.

    A dremel will not cut nicely, so maybe using a gouge to make the wound smoother would be good. Using a sharp knife, or a cutter to make the sides of the wound (where it's green) is also a good thing. The smoother, the better.
