I have quite a few Sempervivum cuttings. I live in an apt, but I have southeastern facing windows. Can I grow them successfully indoors?

Yes, they can be grown indoors. How well they work for you will depend on your particular situation. I'd try to keep them outside somewhere except when it is definitely too cold.
