Identification: ID succulent or cactus with slim 'leaves' plse

    Hi,
    I picked this one up at the local thrift shop.
    It does have little white aerial roots on the stems at nodes as well as at the base.
    It's in a 4" pot and vaguely resembles zygocactus.
