What a beautiful plant! I wonder if this may be another Thalictrum. After searching for some time however, I can't find anything similar except T. aquilegiifolium which is not at all likely to be found on Mt. Assiniboine. could it possibly be a geum triflorum? ....I do sort of see it could be thalictrum now, but not sure at all.
I see now that on E-Flora BC , it is definitely Thalictrum also! occidentale! (western meadow rue)...I never saw it as the same plant. Wow! Thanks for your interest
