I have an old Jade plant that was in a pot outside for 15 years until this summer, when I planted it in my yard. It's looking scraggly and I was wondering when I should cut it back and how severely. It's three feet high and three feet wide, with a trunk width of 7 inches, with two main trunkettes. Should I wait a while? It was just tranplanted in June.

    thanks!
