'Shiro-fugen' on Douglas Cres & 203 ST (Langley Apartments)
There are some tree with white flower , i know is Shiro-fugen
Not sure other 3 tree with pink but off white flower are Kanzan or Shiro-fugen?

'Shiro-fugen'

 

All the close-up flowers look like 'Shiro-fugen'. The white flowers look nice and fresh, newly opened. By the time 'Kanzan' flowers turn white, they look bedraggled, and there are not so many petals remaining, and the petals are thinner and withered.
