My jade plant is nearly 50 years old. It was beautiful- huge with lush leaves & very happy until about 2 months ago. It started dropping branches & now the Bush is barely 1/3 of its size. Leaves look lush but are very small now & tightly packed. It's been in the same position for 15 years & I've changed nothing. Any ideas what's going wrong & how I can save it?
Just wanted to add that the whole thing was upright 2-3 months ago. Now, what's left of the branches are drooping, as you can see in the picture & dropping off. It's not been overwatered; possibly underwater but that's happened before & it just resulted in smaller, tighter leaves. Never affected the branches before. Is this just age or is there something going on that I can do something about?
