I live in the SF Bay Area near the bay. I plkanted a Little Gem last spring. It had a couple of blossoms in late summer. It now is loaded with blossoms that do not appear to be opening. Some of them show some brown on the blossoms. Is this a problem and if so what is the problem. Thanks, this is my first Magnolia tree.
