hey thanks for checking out my post! i ran into probably half an acre of muscadine/scuppernong vines and wanted to dig up some but i couldnt tell which ones would bear fruit yet because they dont have any on them yet. i came home and googled their harvest time and it says in the fall. so im going back in sept. sometime to dig up a fruit bearing one. i also found out that a female vine has to have a male vine to produce and a male vine can produce without the female. anyone know how to tell the difference between a male and female vine??
