The draft Flora of China lists it as andromonoecious (i.e., flowers can be either both sexes together, or just male, but not just female). Sexual maturity at around 10-20 years, but very variable. Grafted cultivars (grafted with already-mature scion wood) may of course flower on 'younger' plants.
