Eastern Dr. and Vivian Place, anyone know what cultivar they are?

 

Can you reply with a photo of the tree, another of the leaves, some more flowers?
Is it the youngster I see on street view at 1459 Eastern Drive? Did you plant it? If so, did you get it from a shop, or a special program (from BCIT)?
Is it fragrant?

 

This looks like a Shiro-fugen cherry blossom, shot from the bottom up.
