I propagate my maples through grafting and would like to try my luck at cutting grown negundo cultivars. I have have experimented with cuttings of palmatum et al. but have not had much success. However, I have noticed that my vigorous growing negundo cultivars of Kellys Gold, Winters Lightning and Violaceum were propagated as cuttings. Can any one help me with the techniques, timing and prefered hormone strengths to create a couple starts of these cultivars. thanks, robert
