Continuing with some second growth of Cryptomeria japonica . Obtained very quikly from old stumps and pruned, they are used as support to stake trees. Their wood is heavy and resistant. (their localisation on the map) In each japaneese park there is a clearing with a plum trees garden (prunus salicina). Approximately 800 years ago the plum trees were celebrated for their early white flowering in february; prunus mume also. Piece of advice: for a quiet visit, in all season, you have to be in front of the door at 9 am.
