save the iris

    hi, i had forgotten that i had some iris' to plant and unfortunatly, it is now too late, can i wait til spring???

    bearded, and the ground is frozen here

    The ground shouldn't be frozen there. I live in eastern Iowa and the ground here is not even close to being frozen.As long as you can work the soil you can plant your Iris. Just mulch them good AFTER the ground does freeze.
