I have a small compost with red wiggler worms in it and i descovered there is a greyish bug with claws about the size of 3mm big. Also there are white bugs in it but i descovered that when they come in danger they jump/fly. Can any1 help identifiy these bugs so i know if they wont chop my worms into pieces?

It's a false scorpion. They are harmless, feeding on small insects.
