    Good afternoon @Weedbender it looks like Sedum lineare or carpet sedum. Variegated variety.

    Not a sedum either. Weedbender should provide some details not provided by these pictures such as how tall it is.

    It's going to be something like this, rather than a grass - to which there is really no resemblance at all - or a sedum.

    Something like this as in a low flowering plant with leaves like those of the speedwell.
