Which part of Vancouver are they surveying the trees from? I think that it'll be interesting to find out HOW Vancouver is maintaining that level of cloud cover - perhaps a good facility could be established to help replicate that kind of success in other countries? I'm certain that the Earth could use all the help it can get!
