The owner suggests this 'Sendai-shidare' near 154 St and Poplar Dr was planted in 70s. When he moved to this house 25 years ago, the tree was there. Fortunately the tree still looks very healthy and beautiful, late bloomer. I would come again in a week to take more pictures
A nice tree started to bloom on the ocean shore, so it can be earlier than expected or maybe in time. It looks like Shirotae, but with 15 petals.
On Archibald Dr. near Sunset Line there is nice looking tree, looks like Accolade but like something different. Flowers a lit bit bigger, 15 petals twice wider than Accolade. The same color. No leaves and some petals already on the ground, this tree is in warm area, maybe luck of sun behind the green fence... but on picture the tree is in sun

Gordon Ave & Bay Str, tall tree. I have no idea what it can be. Umineko?
It's the tree shape that's the giveaway on 'Umineko', so you'll have to go get a photo of that. If you're lucky, it will look like this one in Riley Park.
